Helpful links. Thanks to both of you. Openness is doubly required in membership organizations. Yeah, it requires extra effort. But the problems of not extending that effort require more effort, often also in hidden ways compounding the problems. I’m really encouraged to see a couple of people I admire, and who propel community organizations, paying attention to the need for open organizations.
