		<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi Jon, this is so very true! Nice reminder! Many of the orgs who I help who have problems with their sites loading is due to widget overload, or widgets/feeds in the top of their site (ie - flickr in the header can cause a headache when flickr isn't playing ball!).  My tip - either cut down the overload, or place externally pulled content further down the page/sidebar so at least the main and most important part of the page gets a chance to load first!
